Refund & Warranty Policy

At Alphatires, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Manufacturer Warranty

All passenger and light truck tires sold by Alphatires are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects for up to 80,000 km or 2 years, whichever comes first.

To remain eligible for warranty consideration:

• Proof of regular tire rotations every 10,000–12,000 km is required
• Tires must be properly installed, maintained, and used under normal driving conditions

The manufacturer warranty does not cover:

• Commercial use, taxi use, or trailer use
• Trailer tires
• Wheel alignment issues
• Damage caused by road hazards (including punctures, impacts, cuts, or sidewall damage)
• Improper installation, misuse, overloading, or lack of maintenance

All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final, including sale and clearance items
• Deposits are non-refundable
• No refunds or exchanges once tires have been installed or driven on

In rare cases where a return is approved at our discretion:

• Tires must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition
• A 15% restocking fee will apply
• Any shipping or handling costs are non-refundable

Additional Notes

• Alphatires does not provide warranty coverage beyond what is offered by the manufacturer
• Warranty outcomes are determined solely by the tire manufacturer
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty or return requests

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or need a different tire, we’re happy to assist with an exchange—subject to inventory availability.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.
