Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Tires must be unused, unmounted, and in their original condition.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Mounted or used tires are not eligible for return.
- Special orders or custom requests are non-refundable.
- Any tire that shows signs of installation, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee may apply on all approved returns.
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at 403-870-2599 with your order details.
- Bring or ship the item back to our location after receiving approval.
- After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or need a different tire, we’re happy to assist with an exchange—subject to inventory availability.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.
