Warranty
We offer a warranty on all tires against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers 24 months/80,000km for All Seasons tires and 12months/60,000km for Winter Tires from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
Regular tire rotation according to the manufacturer’s recommendation must be documented in service records to be eligible for the mileage tread wear warranty.
If eligible, the customer will receive a prorated replacement tire, with the customer responsible for a portion of the cost. To maintain the mileage warranty, tires must be rotated every 7,000 to 8,000 miles (11,000 to 13,000km). Failure to rotate the tires will void the warranty.
The following conditions are not covered under the warranty:
- Road hazards such as impact damage, cuts, snags, or punctures.
- Improper installation, wheel misalignment, tire/wheel assembly imbalance, use of an improper rim, improper mounting or dismounting, or misapplication, resulting in uneven or cupping tread wear.
- Consumer damage, such as improper tire and vehicle maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, underinflation, overloading, or overinflation.
- Use in any off-road applications, except for off-road tires.
- Altered tires, including those with additional sipping, buffing, stud pin holes, re-grooving, truing, etc.
- Installation and/or any service charges incurred during installation.
- Racing/competition tires in anything other than new condition.
- No road hazard warranty coverage.
- No uniformity warranty coverage.
- No mileage warranty coverage on winter tires due to their softer tread compounds.
- No mileage coverage on tires used for commercial purposes, such as taxis, Uber, food delivery, or couriers.
